#4 My thought on the talk: Inside the mind of a master procrastinator

 

I think I'm a mild procrastinator cause sometimes I procrastinate the things to the deadline. I know it's a bad habit, but I always keep repeating doing that. I always procrastinate on preparing the presentation, exam , paper , even take shower or go to bed. I just set up many alarms to remind me I still have a lot of things should do or maybe I can give a reward by myself. But I think the best way is Self-restraint.
